Q.When will you deliver? Pick up?

We will deliver atleast an hour before the time you selected and if we're in the area the day before we will drop off then! Pick up works the same way. We will always pick up AFTER your event ends but if we don't need early tomorrow then we will grab your bounce house in the morning at no extra charge.

Q.What's the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, cancel. That's our policy. We would kindly request you cancel as soon as you know you won't need the jump house so we can free up the bounce house for other parties. The deposit is non refundable but does not expire, ever.

Q.How do I book a bounce house?

Q.How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?

Most bounce house rentals range from $179 to $379, depending on the size and features. Pricing includes setup, takedown, and an entire day of fun plus a small delivery fee based on your location.

Q.How long do I get to keep the bounce house?

Rentals are for 6 hours but most of the time we leave the bounce house overnight at no extra charge if we don’t need it back early. Only pay if you absolutely need it overnight.

Q.Do you deliver and set everything up?

Setup and takedown are always included with every bounce house rental. A small delivery fee is added based on your city. Check our delivery rates here.
